Module wifi_status_monitor 

WiFi status monitor using dhcpcd-dbus.

Subscribes to the WpaStatus signal from name.marples.roy.dhcpcd on the system bus. When the status changes to COMPLETED, sends a NetUp event to indicate the network is available.
